Yesterday, we hosted Sengii’s quarterly meeting. At the meeting we discussed the features that have been added to Sengii over the last quarter and asked our association clients which new features would add value for them. These meetings give us a chance to hear firsthand from the leaders who manage communities on Sengii, making it a crucial time to share ideas and align our goals with their needs. 

Our conversation focused on potential AI-driven tools that could enhance Sengii’s functionality and empower our users to gain more insights from their community data. We discussed how AI might identify engagement trends, highlight popular topics, or offer personalized recommendations for members—all with the goal of making data more actionable. 

Another area we’re working on is customizing monthly reports to address specific questions from our clients’ senior management teams. By tailoring these reports to highlight the most relevant data points, we hope to provide useful insights that help guide their decisions and align with their strategic goals.

This meeting was a valuable step forward in exploring what’s possible and we’re excited to see where these discussions lead us. Yesterday’s meeting underscored the importance of collaboration as we test new ideas and explore ways to create greater value for our clients.
