Some member communities are busy in some groups or topics, and quiet in others. An event discussion may get attention, but the conversation fades quickly. A few members may contribute often, while others mostly read.
Maybe your staff keeps posting prompts, but the responses are inconsistent.
Leadership may support the idea of community, but they still can’t see the value it is creating.
When that happens, the instinct is often to add more.
